Can anyone besides an Audi dealer repair the dash pixel problem?

2001 Audi a4 Quattro has the typical dead pixels in the center of the dash info. display. It sometimes beeps 3 times while driving and I can’t read what the problem is. The car seems to run fine, but I’m worried that by driving it, I may end up stranded along the road if the car decides to STOP on it’s own. I’d love to have this problem repaired without having to take out a loan! Any suggestions? Thanks!

creaking noise from inside the car when I make a turn in either direction in 99 Audi?

I have a 99 Audi A4 Quattro, and lately it has been making a creaking noise when I make a turn in either direction. This noise is coming from inside the car, it sounds as almost the sound is coming from the steering wheel. I don’t know how else to describe the sound, but its like when two pieces of material are held tightly together and rubbing against each other. What can this mean?

Is there a way to disable the AC compressor on a 98 Audi A4?

Is there a fuse or something I can pull to disable the AC compressor on a 98 Audi A4 1.8T? The AC turns on whenever I use the ‘auto’ climate control or if I want to recirculate air in the cabin. I don’t want to be running the AC compressor all winter long.

Is it safe to remove my Audi instrument cluster?

I have a 2006 Audi A4 and there is a ton of dirt and dust somehow INSIDE the instrument cluster. I read online about how to safely remove it, and take it apart to clean it, and then replace it. I was wondering if there is any risk in this? Will my information somehow be affected? (Mileage, etc.) or is that info stored safely in the computer.
