Open Question: Accord CTDI Vs Avensis D4d Vs Audi 1.9 TDI?
HELP urgently need a diesel car due to high motorway mileage, most reliable, good mpg and easy to maintain. My budget is £ 3-4k. Please dont recommend any french or ford/vauxhall cars. I dont like them. I really love the accord and also the avensis, would consider the repmobile too (audi) if its any good. Thanks

My husband took out a car about 5 month ago in Canoga park, California.(2003 A6 Audi)
he left $3,000 down and took out a lon witch he has been paying $290.00 a month.
When we got the car out the Check engine light was on and there was a car exhaust leak.
The told my husband that they will fix the exhaust leak and that the engine light was on because they used the wrong gar, So they gave my husband a paper to sign saying he was buying the car As Is. and in the notes the stated to go back to fix the Exhaust leak and reset the check engine light, My husband went back and forth to the dealership for 2 months Straight they kept giving us “rentals” 1998-1988 cars that would break down in the middle of the freeway or overheat all the time! Well they never fixed the car every time my husband going in to ask for a receipt of the repairs that were done to the car they tell him the will mail it to him and its been 5 months and we have not heard from them. My husband contacted the main manages/owner and he told him he already spend too much money on fixing the card and he is not paying anymore, the only thing he can do is go half’s on what needs to be repaired. since then my husband had to get a new alternator, new battery, cars is misfiring and today it over heated on the freeway!
is there anything we can do?? we tryed talking to them but they refuse to fix the car unless we pay half. (but they in the paper they noted they were going to fix it) We think the car keeps needing more repairs because of the problesm theyt did not fix!
