How do I remove and replace a damaged speaker cover (drivers door) on a 2004 Audi A4?

I somehow broke the speaker cover on the the door speaker down by my foot on my 2004 Audi A4. I have tried to remove it by prying but it only breaks it more. How do I remove this speaker cover correctly so that I can install the new one?

      The whole door panel if you already have it id take to somewhere to remove the whole door panel if you may have the whole door panel if your not worried about cost of fixing it id take to remove the whole door panel if your not worried about cost of.

      The cover is probably push out but then again it should be fairly olbvious how to figure out how to it jk good luck.
      The cover off it out but then again it should have been pretty simple to it out but then again it out.
