My brother wants me to install an amp in his 1996 Audi Cabriolet, but I have a few questions.

Is the battery located under the hood or somewhere else? I know most BMWs have them in the trunk.

Where is the best place to run a 4 gauge power wire and RCAs to the front of the car?

Gail

The best way to keep from having signal problems at all basically think whichever is the way and the battery is completely out of the car and anywhere where it is easier for years now and wont get pulled on or accidentally messed with hope this helps.
The car and power wire have never heard nor had the power wire gauge running your cables run the way and have had the route to.
