What could I trade our 2000 Audi A4 Quattro for?

We LOVE our car BUT we have 2 children and we are toooo tight in the car. We need either a SUV or Wagon that has 3rd row or we may even consider (gulp) a Minivan but I would only be interested in a Quest or Odyssey. We would like to do an even swap with a newer vehicle. Any suggestions? How much do we ask for the Audi - it is in pretty nice shape? Should we go to a dealer? We’ve been burned on craigslist, so I would rather not go that route.
